Welcome to 摇月 Swaymoon Account (the “Swaymoon Account” or “this Service”). This agreement is between you and 摇月 Swaymoon (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning registration, sign-in, and use of Swaymoon Account and related services. By using this Service, you represent that you have read and agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not register or continue to use this Service.
1. Description of the Service
Swaymoon Account is an identity and account service provided by 摇月 Swaymoon. It mainly includes:
- Sign-in and registration using a phone number, email, or username
- Account profile and security settings (including passkeys, two-factor authentication, and device and session management)
- Acting as an identity provider to offer OAuth 2.1 / OpenID Connect sign-in and authorization to third-party applications you authorize
- Hide My Email (privacy email) and other privacy-protection capabilities
- Notices, verification codes, and other necessary services related to Swaymoon Account
We may improve, adjust, or discontinue certain features. For changes that have a material impact on you, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You must have full civil capacity, or use this Service with the consent of a guardian.
- When you first sign in by verifying a phone number or email, the system may automatically create a Swaymoon Account for you and guide you to set a username.
- You should provide true, accurate, and valid registration information and keep it up to date.
- You must properly safeguard your sign-in credentials, verification codes, passkeys, and signed-in devices. Losses arising from your failure to do so are borne by you, except as otherwise provided by law.
- If you discover that your account has been misused or that a security risk exists, take measures immediately through the security settings in Swaymoon Account and contact us.
- In principle, a natural person may maintain only accounts under their lawful control. You must not maliciously register accounts in bulk, or buy, sell, or rent accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not use this Service to:
- Violate laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or infringe the lawful rights and interests of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this Service or related systems and networks
- Access, scrape, or tamper with data without authorization, or circumvent security and technical measures
- Use Hide My Email, sign-in capabilities, or other features for fraud, harassment, spam, or other abuse
- Use this Service in any way that endangers national security, cybersecurity, or the rights and interests of minors
We may take measures against violations, including restricting sign-in, revoking authorization, disabling features, or terminating the Service, and we reserve the right to pursue liability in accordance with law. Specific forms of abuse and corresponding measures are set out in the Anti-Abuse Policy.
4. Third-Party Application Authorization
- When you use Swaymoon Account to sign in to or authorize a third-party application, that application will obtain the corresponding information or permissions within the scope you expressly agree to.
- Third-party applications are independently provided and operated by the relevant operator. Their service quality, content, and privacy practices are not governed by this agreement as it applies to Swaymoon Account itself. Please separately review that application’s terms and privacy policy.
- You may view and manage authorized applications in Swaymoon Account. After you revoke authorization, the application should no longer obtain new access through Swaymoon Account. How data previously obtained lawfully is handled is determined by that application’s rules and applicable law.
5. Hide My Email
Hide My Email (also called “privacy email”) is used in authorization scenarios to hide your real email address from third parties. You may view and disable related aliases. For how to use it, see the Hide My Email guide in the documentation site. Abuse of Hide My Email may result in restriction or disablement.
6. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
- We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will never be interrupted, will be completely error-free, or will meet all of your particular needs.
- The Service may be interrupted, delayed, or changed due to maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, third-party failures, or legal and regulatory requirements.
- You may request account deletion. The deletion process, grace period, and consequences are governed by the Privacy Policy and in-account instructions.
- If you materially breach this agreement, we may suspend or terminate the provision of the Service to you.
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property in Swaymoon Account and related software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, and the like belongs to 摇月 Swaymoon or the lawful rights holder. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for purposes not permitted by this agreement. Content you upload or submit while using the Service must be content you have lawful rights to; you grant us a non-exclusive right to process such content as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for damage caused by third-party applications, third-party networks, or devices
- For service interruptions, data loss, or other losses caused by force majeure or reasons not reasonably within our control, we are exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law
- Our liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us for using this Service (if you use it free of charge, we assume liability only to the minimum extent permitted by law), except in cases of intent or gross negligence
9. Changes to this Agreement
We may revise this agreement. The revised agreement will be published on the documentation site or related pages, with the update date noted. If a change constitutes a material adjustment, we will notify you through a website notice, in-product notification, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of this Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at our location.
