Terms of Use

Welcome to 摇月 Swaymoon Developer Portal (the “Developer Portal” or “this Service”; the website is develop.swaymoon.com). This agreement is between you and 摇月 Swaymoon (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning registration, sign-in, and use of the Developer Portal and related developer capabilities. By using this Service, you represent that you have read and agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not sign in or continue to use this Service.

The Developer Portal relies on 摇月 Swaymoon Account for identity authentication. When you use Swaymoon Account itself, you must also comply with the Swaymoon Account Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This agreement governs only the Developer Portal and related developer management capabilities.

1. Description of the Service

The Developer Portal is mainly used to:

• Sign in with Swaymoon Account to become or continue as a 摇月 Swaymoon developer
• View membership, manage team members and invitations, and switch among teams you belong to
• Register and manage application identifiers (OAuth / OIDC clients): name, icon, redirect URI, permission scopes, optional data-deletion callback and privacy policy link, and the like
• Access developer documentation entry points in the documentation site

Once created, an application identifier takes effect as an OAuth / OIDC client on the Swaymoon Account identity provider. When users are redirected through your application to sign in and authorize, the authorization and privacy rules on the Swaymoon Account side apply. Integration details are in the documentation site under “摇月 Swaymoon Developer Portal” → “Guides” → “Identifiers” (Developer Mode must be turned on).

We may improve, adjust, or discontinue certain features. For changes that have a material impact on you, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner. The Portal currently does not provide billing, quota purchase, or paid-plan interfaces; if these are introduced later, we will explain separately and may require additional consent.

2. Becoming a Developer and Account Security

1. You must have full civil capacity, or use this Service with the consent of a guardian. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you must ensure you have lawful authorization.
2. Before signing in to the Developer Portal, your Swaymoon Account must have an email bound that can be used for notices; without a bound email you cannot complete sign-in or call related registration APIs.
3. You should ensure that Swaymoon Account information is true and valid, and properly safeguard sign-in credentials, sessions, and signed-in devices. Losses arising from failure to safeguard them are borne by you, except as otherwise provided by law.
4. You must not transfer, rent, or lend Developer Portal accounts, client secrets, or team permissions to unauthorized third parties, or use them for malicious bulk registration of identifiers.
5. A confidential client’s client_secret is shown only once at creation; you must store it in a secure key-management system. If a secret is leaked, you should immediately delete or rotate the related identifier and update the application configuration.

3. Identifiers and Application Responsibility

1. The application name, icon, redirect URI, privacy policy link, and other information you register in the Portal should be true and lawful. You must not impersonate 摇月 Swaymoon or other rights holders, or mislead end users.
2. You must register callback addresses and outbound callbacks only for applications you own or are authorized to represent. You must not register domains or endpoints you do not control in order to intercept authorization codes, tokens, or user data.
3. User information and tokens you obtain through an identifier may be used only within the scope of the user’s consent and applicable law. You must not collect beyond that scope, sell, or otherwise abuse them.
4. If you register a privacy policy link, you are responsible for the page it points to. Before the user is redirected, Swaymoon Account will indicate that the domain is not under 摇月 Swaymoon’s control. After registering a data-deletion callback, you should promptly respond to user deletion requests.
5. After an identifier is deleted, tokens already issued can no longer be used for that client. You must still handle previously stored user data in accordance with law.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use this Service to:

• Violate laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or infringe the lawful rights and interests of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Developer Portal, Swaymoon Account, or related systems and networks
• Access, scrape, or tamper with data without authorization, or circumvent security and technical measures
• Trick users into authorizing, impersonate the official sign-in page, or use integration capabilities for fraud, harassment, spam, or similar purposes
• Conduct unauthorized scanning, stress testing, or denial-of-service attacks against APIs (except security testing with our written authorization)

We may take measures against violations, including restricting sign-in, restricting or taking down identifiers, or terminating developer capabilities, and we reserve the right to pursue liability in accordance with law. Specific circumstances are set out in the Anti-Abuse Policy.

5. Relationship with Swaymoon Account and Third Parties

1. The Developer Portal completes sign-in through Swaymoon Account. Profile, security settings, authorization management, and the like in Swaymoon Account are governed by Swaymoon Account product rules.
2. Your application (website, app, and the like) is independently operated by you. Its content, quality, pricing, and privacy practices toward end users are not governed by this agreement as it applies to the Developer Portal itself. Please separately disclose your terms and privacy policy to users.
3. After a user revokes authorization to your application or requests deletion of data, you should stop using Swaymoon Account capabilities to obtain new data, and handle stored data in accordance with applicable law and the commitments you made to the user.

6. Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

1. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will never be interrupted, will be completely error-free, or will meet all of your particular needs.
2. The Service may be interrupted, delayed, or changed due to maintenance, upgrades, force majeure, third-party failures, or legal and regulatory requirements.
3. You may stop using the Developer Portal. Stopping use does not automatically delete identifiers already registered on the Swaymoon Account side; you should delete identifiers you no longer need in the Portal yourself.
4. If you materially breach this agreement, we may suspend or terminate the provision of this Service to you, and may restrict or delete related identifiers as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property in the Developer Portal and related software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, logos, and the like belongs to 摇月 Swaymoon or the lawful rights holder. Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them for purposes not permitted by this agreement. Application icons and other content you upload in the Portal must be content you have lawful rights to; you grant us a non-exclusive right to process such content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for damage caused by your application, end users, third-party networks, or devices
• For service interruptions, data loss, or other losses caused by force majeure or reasons not reasonably within our control, we are exempt from liability to the extent permitted by law
• Our liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us for using this Service (if you use it free of charge, we assume liability only to the minimum extent permitted by law), except in cases of intent or gross negligence

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this agreement. The revised agreement will be published on the documentation site or related pages, with the update date noted. If a change constitutes a material adjustment, we will notify you in a reasonable manner. Your continued use of this Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction at our location.
