Field validation

Editors can set email, phone, URL, number, or identity-card formats for text questions, together with minimum/maximum length and a regular expression. The server validates these rules again at submission time.

Dates, times, date-times, ratings, scales, and sliders validate their format, range, and step. Choice, matrix, cascade, weight, and file questions validate their structure and configured limits.

IP address and privacy

The survey settings include Collect submitter IP. It is enabled by default for IP rate limits, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. When disabled, new responses do not store an IP address; existing responses are unchanged. Treat IP addresses as personal information and only view, export, or share them when necessary.

Admin permissions

Creating, editing, publishing, deleting, viewing responses, and exporting require an authenticated administrator with survey-management access. Writing or restructuring the documentation center is limited to verified staff administrators. Respondents can only access public surveys and public documentation.
