Terms of Use

Welcome to Swaymoon Survey (the “Service”, at survey.swaymoon.com). These Terms are between you and Swaymoon. Using the Service means you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Anti-Abuse Policy. If you do not agree, do not fill or sign in.

Surveys that require sign-in use Swaymoon Account. Account registration and security follow the Account Terms. These Terms cover Survey only.

1. The Service

The Service is for filling surveys published by Swaymoon: browsing listed surveys, answering (anonymously or signed in), uploading files or a signature when asked, and viewing your named responses after sign-in.

You cannot create surveys here. Surveys are published by Swaymoon. The Service is not a refund channel.

2. Identity

Default surveys allow anonymous fills. If a survey requires sign-in, use an Account you control. Honor fill passwords, captcha, once-per-browser, and IP daily limits. Do not impersonate others or bypass limits.

3. Acceptable use

Answers must be genuine and relevant. Do not spam, fill secrets (passwords, codes, passkeys, client_secret), upload malware or unrelated files, harass others, or access others’ responses or system interfaces.

4–10.

You grant Swaymoon a non-exclusive right to process submissions as needed to run the Service, statistics, security, and legal duties. We may restrict fills, delete responses, or terminate access for violations. The Service is provided free of charge; liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence. These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
