Reading status and incidents
Open status.swaymoon.com. The overview shows the current summary status and lists each monitored site.
Summary banner
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| All systems operational | No open incidents; site probes are healthy (or there is no covering outage) |
| Partial degradation / Partial outage / Major outage | An open incident exists; details follow the site and incident notes |
| Scheduled maintenance | An active scheduled maintenance window exists |
| Gathering status | Probe results are still being collected |
The banner is a summary hint. It does not replace a single site’s detail page.
Site status
Each site on the overview is a monitored first-party service. Common status labels include: operational, degraded, partial outage, outage, maintenance, unknown.
Click View path to open that site’s detail page for the last few days’ overview and access-path probes (see Access path).
Incidents and maintenance
- Open incidents: title, severity, current stage (Investigating / Identified / Monitoring / Resolved), and affected sites.
- Scheduled maintenance: published maintenance windows and impact scope.
- Incident history: closed or recent records; open a detail page for start, update, and end notes on the timeline.
Incidents may be posted by operators, or opened automatically when probes keep finding the origin unreachable, and closed automatically when service recovers. Auto-incident titles usually use the short product name, for example “Docs unavailable”.
Languages
The status page supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese. UI language follows your preference; notification email bodies are currently mainly in Simplified Chinese.
