Where Swaymoon uses Alibaba Cloud
Alibaba Cloud provides ECS deployment and edge operations, Alibaba Cloud Captcha in Swaymoon Survey, and DirectMail SMTP/API delivery for Passport verification and notification mail. Some deployment tooling also uses Alibaba Cloud APIs to operate the Hangzhou and Virginia ECS instances.
Data and purpose
Captcha data is used to detect abuse. DirectMail receives the message data needed to deliver verification or notification mail. ECS receives application workloads and operational traffic. Swaymoon does not place application secrets in public documentation.

Each service is enabled only for its stated purpose and is configured with least-privilege access where supported. Retention and processing by Alibaba Cloud remain subject to its service terms and privacy policy.
