Using Report a Problem
Swaymoon Report a Problem (reportaproblem.swaymoon.com) is for reporting issues with current services, reporting abuse or security concerns, and checking progress.
Sign in with Swaymoon Account. A mailbox that can receive mail is required so we can send acceptance and status notices.
This is not an App Store and it does not process refunds.
What you can do

| Report abuse or a security issue | Abuse, suspected incidents, or related risk |
| Check progress | Open My Reports to see status and add notes or files |
| Get notices | Create and status-change mail goes to the address you enter (no attachments) |
Each Account may submit at most 5 reports per calendar day (Asia/Shanghai).
