Swaymoon Account lets you sign in with a username, phone number, or email. The first time you verify a phone number or email, the system creates an account for you and walks you through setting a username.

Swaymoon Account officially entered persistent-data testing on August 9, 2026.

Entry: passport.swaymoon.com

First time

  1. Open the sign-in page and check that you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  2. Enter a phone number or email, then continue.
  3. Complete the verification-code check as prompted (on supported setups, a phone number can also use “one-tap sign-in with this device’s number / this-device number verification”).
  4. Follow the prompts to set a username. You can use it to sign in later. It cannot be changed after it is set.
  5. After you sign in, we recommend that you:
    • Link an email in Sign-In & Security (needed for some features, such as Hide My Email)
    • Add a passkey or turn on two-factor authentication (see Sign-In & Security)

Everyday sign-in

  1. Enter your username, a linked phone number, or a linked email.
  2. Complete verification with a method already enabled on the account, for example:
    • Passkey (Face ID / Touch ID / device unlock or a security key)
    • Verification code (sent to your phone or email)
    • Password (if you have set one and have not turned it off)
  3. If two-factor authentication is on, you also need to complete one extra verification-code check during sign-in.

The sign-in page shows the methods available for your account, and you can switch among them.

One-tap sign-in with this device’s number

On supported browsers and carrier setups, the sign-in page may offer “one-tap sign-in with this device’s number”. This method quickly verifies the phone number of the current device. Availability depends on the device and network.

Sign-in from a third-party app

When an app starts sign-in through Swaymoon Account, the browser opens the Account sign-in page (it may include a return URL). After you sign in, if the app is asking for permissions for the first time, you will also see the authorization confirmation page. See Authorized Apps.

Step-up (re-verify your identity)

Sensitive actions such as changing your password, managing passkeys, or managing Hide My Email may ask you to sign in again to continue. This is a normal security step. After verification succeeds, you return to the action you were performing.

FAQ

Didn’t receive a verification code?
Check that the number or email is correct, look in spam, then tap Resend after a short wait. If SMS is delayed, you can also try this-device number verification (if that option is available).

Forgot your password?
On the password sign-in step, tap Forgot password?, then sign in with a passkey or a verification code. After you sign in you go to Sign-In & Security, where you can reset the password or turn off password sign-in.

Entered the wrong username?
A username cannot be changed after it is created. You can still sign in with a linked phone number or email.
